Tim,

Speaking of cache-busting, are there any interactions between the 
mwLastWriteTime cookie and the mqlread as_of_time envelope parameter?  I 
think of as_of_time as a way to run queres "in the past".  But what 
happens if as_of_time specifies a time more recent than the time at 
which the cache was created?
