[Developers] /wikipedia/en_id not giving results for redirected ids

Please keep in mind that Freebase is not, primarily, a Wikipedia look-up 
service.  The purpose of the Wikipedia IDs is to allow Freebase users to 
easily get to the primary Wikipedia article corresponding to a Freebase 
topic, and to allow Freebase blurbs to be easily updated.

Freebase only stores the numeric Wikipedia IDs for the primary Wikipedia 
articles, not for redirects or other non-article items from Wikipedia.

If you really need to resolve arbitrary Wikipedia IDs, you will probably 
need to build a lookup service either against Wikipedia itself or 
against a database server that has the WEX data available.
