[Developers] Question about wpid and freebase id

Aah! So they *are* Wikipedia Names, not Freebase Names. Why exactly
has happened during this "flattening" process? Is it just a simple
case of replacing all spaces with underscores to get back to the
Wikipedia Names that we see in "wikipedia/en"?

As some documentation feedback... this subtle point has been very
confusing. The fact that these are indeed Wikipedia Names should be
highlighted.

Also, as a request for future downloads, I would request that there
still be a separate TSV file which contains the mappings from "wpid"
to "name". The only way to get it at the moment is from the absolutely
massive articles file, which has all the WEX data.

This enables you to take take any wikilink and resolve it to a guid, without worrying about redirects. There are no freebase topic names anywhere in WEX.
