[Developers] RFE: rss feeds for WEX/Freebase downloads

That site's pretty minimal, just plain old static pages that we edit as necessary, and nothing set up to generate RSS, but if you want notification I'd recommend subscribing to the Freebase blog (http://blog.freebase.com/), because we'll always post a notice there.
