I think it's still available just by adjusting the URLs as appropriate  
(the date in question was 2008-03-28).  If not, then the reason was  
"disk space".

We're hoping to provision a decent(er) box to run the downloads site  
off.  If we do, we should have more disk space available and be able  
to archive older dumps.  I hope.
