[Developers] cursor returning only multiples of 100 results

Hi Arthur,

We've tracked this problem down and there is an issue with the cursor support in our database when the cursors are used on different machines in the backend. So sometimes we see this problem, sometimes we don't. The symptom is always an empty result set.

We're working on a fix now. Until then the best I can suggest is that you try your cursor queries close together in time and retry them if they fail.
