[Developers] Wikipedia key string encoding

Hello,

Is there any documentation regarding the type of string encoding used for
wikipedia keys in freebase records? Specifically, I'm wondering about the
encoding used to represent non-alphanumeric characters in the 'key'
attribute, where namespace is /wikpedia/en. I suspect it's something simple,
but I couldn't find the relevant info in the developer docs, so I figured
I'd ask before diving into trial and error attempts.
