[Developers] orphaned compound values

Hi, 

 

I found out today that there are 59 orphaned instances of the compound
type "internet_availability" (see the query below). Presumably this is
the result of users deleting streams from internet stations. Is there
any way we can prevent orphans from being created? 

 

Ideally we need some way of marking these instances as "delete when
disconnected".

 

To clean this up, how do I programmatically flag these instances for
deletion?
