[Developers] merge with topic, needs to filter out its own topic

we have had some podcasts get entered in twice. When i go to one of
the podcasts and do "merge with existing topic". That search list
REALLY needs to filter out the current topic.

Since, both topics have almost exactly the same information when they
both show up I have to figure out which GUID is which topic and make
sure to select the correct one.

It should not list its own topic as a suggestion to merge with.
