[Developers] import tool

Can I get a feature added for the Import tool?  We have lists that
already have a set of Freebase Topics that we want to import into the
list.

I have all the guids, but the important tool doesn't recognize it.

It should recognize items of the format:
"/guid/9202a8c04000641f8000000006e6ea28"   or at least
"#9202a8c04000641f8000000006e6ea28"
