[Developers] Domain cleanup

We're doing a bit of end-of-the-year housekeeping on domains, and  
would like to consolidate a few domains to make things look a little  
nicer.  DA-478 has a list of domains that will be affected - they're  
mostly smaller domains that should be merged with similar domains.

There should be no breakages of applications - we're going to leave  
the keys behind, but application developers that are using the old  
keys might want to update their apps to use the new keys.

The changes are up on sandbox right now, and if there's no objections,  
I hope to make the changes by the end of the week.  As always, if this  
adversely affects you, feel free to speak up.
