[Developers] Water services mashup

Just an idea in case anyone is looking for one. How about a mashup of
Freebase, Google Maps, and USGS Water Services that displays stream flow and
gage height, linked to Freebase river descriptions displayed on maps (like
Archiportal)?

USGS Water Services: http://waterservices.usgs.gov/ and
http://www.freebase.com/view/guid/9202a8c04000641f800000000a124b2d

Rivers: http://www.freebase.com/view/geography/river

Uses could include flood monitoring and planning for white water kayaking.

Maybe "Web service" would be a good data mob:
