It would be fair to say that the current format quadruple dump really  
expects you to use guids as primary keys.
It would be nice if it used MQL ids everywhere, but that currently is  
a limitation.

If you contact me off-list Id like to understand why you are trying to  
combine both dumps since one should be a superset of the other...
