[Developers] Entities referenced to "/user/tsegaran/"

Actually all that is going on here is that /guid/ 
9202a8c04000641f800000000017cb7a (JPMorgan Chase & Co.) has several  
keys and the data dump is using a different algorithm than MQL to  
resolve it.   The .tsv files use MQL, the triple dump uses a different  
technique.

To compound the confusion, the namespace /user/tsegaran/sec is  
actually the same as /business/cik which is its "official" name.

So in your third example, if you pass in a specific id in a MQL query  
you always get that same one back.
