[Developers] 404 error on https?

It seems to be an SSL problem. I can't access the sandbox at all over
https, production seems unaffected.

Try this:

I'm trying to use https://sandbox.freebase.com/api/service/mqlwrite, but
I get a 404 Not Found response. 

It works fine over http, is there a problem with SSL?
