[Developers] Proposed changes in the film domain

There are a couple of changes to the film domain that have been 
proposed.  Does anyone object, or will it break anyone’s application?

1) The Minor film genre type is kind of useless (<URL: 
http://www.freebase.com/view/film/minor_film_genre >).  The 110 
instances would be moved to Film genre (<URL: 
http://www.freebase.com/view/film/film_genre >) and the Minor film genre 
type deleted.

2) More significantly, there was a request to add a “Reason for rating” 
text property, associated with a film.  This would require a change. 
Right now, Film has a Rated property that directly expects Film rating; 
to add the Reason for rating property, we would need to introduce a 
compound value type between the film and the rating.
