[Developers] Deleting "zip+4" property from postal code

I would like to delete the property /location/postal_code/zip_4. This is a
hold-over from a previous version of the mailing address schema, and has
been hidden since June. It has no instances, so I'm guessing that no-one is
using this property.  However, if anyone has an application that uses this
property, please let me know.
