Just wanted to say that it sounds reasonable to me, and that it's
probably the right step to take; I know only too well what it's like
when you're too busy to delegate, and sometimes you just have to take
a leap of faith and hand some stuff off and see how it goes.
What can we (Paul, me, other potential community/volunteer admins) do
to make the process as smooth as possible?
