I'd just like to touch on Paul's point about response times on FB
discussions.  I know everyone's working really hard and trying to
answer questions as they come up, but I find the turnaround time on FB
to be really slow.  That's why I started asking data modelling
questions here on the dev list, and why I started the IRC channel,
both of which tend to get quicker responses.

I would like to propose email notification of FB discussions as a high
priority community feature -- possibly the highest priority one.  If
people have to come back to the site to check for discussions, we're
going to lose them.

(Compare Facebook, which spams me all the damn time with "someone sent
you a message" crap.  Let's not go that way!  But let's at least get
emailed copies of direct responses, watched discussions, and comments
on things that you own/administer.)
