I hope this feature is configurable and defaults off;
while cache-breaking is often important during
development and debugging, it does slow things down
later on.

We're trying to design our system to exploit caching
when possible (for best performance); if you find cases
where you really require tricks like this, I'd be
very interested in hearing about them.  Maybe there's
more we can do from our end.
