Karell,

We're not aware of anyone doing this at this point.

We've talked about it quite a bit - there are some thorny privacy  
issues to work out for people that are living (mother's maiden name,  
etc...) as well as some functionality that people might expect that  
we don't have support for (if I assert that Jane is my sister, should  
she automatically become my brother's sister too? - currently each  
relationship must be independently asserted).

This isn't to say we don't think there's potential there... if  
someone builds such an app, it would benefit immediately from the  
open data model.
