I wasn't sure whether it made sense to use Freebase to track the info,
in part because some of it is going to be pretty fuzzy (e.g., comments
on whether and why a database might be useful).

However, if you're taking that path, be sure to brainstorm a bit on what
kinds of information could be saved in a way that would allow Freebase
to make useful discriminations.  For example, the date/time of the last
revision and the most recent upload might prove handy...
