[Developers] Any good sources of license-compatible data that need importing into Freebase?

Do you know anything about scraping data from PDF files?  Many countries
publish their aeronautical data only in PDF formats.  I used to get this
data from the DAFIF (Digital Aeronautical Flight Information File), but
the US Government that published it withdrew it from public use.
