[Developers] marked for delete?

Marking an item for deletion is not enough to actually delete it.. 
instead it enters a queue of items that are also pending deletion, and 
this queue is examined by humans who vote on whether or not a topic 
should be deleted. When there are enough votes, the topic is removed.

At the moment those humans are metaweb staffers, but we hope to expose 
this functionality on the website in the coming months.

That said, nobody really looks at the Sandbox queue, because that graph 
is blown away so regularly.. so if you're trying to take it out of your 
queries, the easiest thing to do is probably manually remove each of 
it's types.
