[Developers] Freebase sandbox going into read-only today for a short period.

My dear Freebase developers,

We're doing another update to sandbox today that will require that 
sandbox go into read-only mode for a short while.
The window will begin at around 3:00pm PST (I'll send out another email 
when it starts) and will continue on for about
30 minutes or so.

Please wrap up whatever you're working on!
I'll send out another message once we're finished.
