[Developers] Freebase data download, conversion to RDF

Hi Sebastian
This is all preliminary, and we are still in the stages of
testing to make sure what we have is meaningful/iron out bugs in our
own code. Once we are sure that we have the right dataset, we will
generate a tech report that you can reference, and put it up on a
website that you can download from.
