[Developers] RSS for changes?

For a particular type, like  /film/film  I have heard there is an RSS
feed somewhere that I could subscribe to which would show me all the
changes, and/or new films added to the list.

Where is that RSS feed location? I want to "subscribe" to one of my
created types and see what people add, or change about the objects.
