[Developers] Freebase Suggested Metatagging

I think it's a great idea! There had been some discussion on the list
in August about that idea, but that was before the freebase-suggest
library existed:

In fact, that discussion was one of the inspirations for us to package
up free-base suggest, so now that it exists I'd love to see somebody
make it happen...
