[Developers] Paging Results?

You can set limit to whatever you want it to be. For example,

So I know the limit for queries is 100. Is there anyway to get more results
than that? 

I want to return at least x amount more or be able to page through my
results. Get page x of 1000 items with each page being 100 items.
