There are display hints for properties — labeled “disambiguators” in the 
schema editing UI — which the UI uses to display compound value types or 
even direct links (e.g., a musical artist’s albums have the release date 
beside them).

If you explore the /type/property instances you’ll see the associated 
property hints; you can use them just as well as the Freebase UI does.
