[Developers] mjt and the freebase api changes

i've had reports that http://mjtemplate.org isn't up to date with the recent
freebase api change, so the freebase examples there are broken.

i'm hoping to push out mjt 0.5 on tuesday or wednesday, which will fix this
issue as well as adding some nifty new features.

in the meantime, i've uploaded the most recent development version of mjt.js
to http://mjtemplate.org/dist/dev/mjt.js - it hasn't been through a full round
of testing (and is probably broken on IE6) but it should work well enough on
firefox.
