[Developers] planned outage on Sandbox

Freebase developers,

There is power management work being performed at our colocation over  
the weekend that will affect the availability of some services.
Freebase.com should be unaffected.  Sandbox will experience some  
downtime over the next few hours and possibly also for brief times  
this weekend.
