[Developers] Moving types out of the /common domain

The /common domain currently contains types that serve two different
purposes, which is starting to become a problem. The two kinds of types are
those, such as /common/topic, that are important to the workings of Freebase
itself, and those, such as /common/phone_number, that are used by a variety
of types in several domains but which are not necessary to the functioning
of Freebase. We would like to create a new domain (/shared) for the second
kind of types (the ones that are merely used across domains) to make it
easier to manage the types that are crucial to the system.
Moving types around like this is something that we are still doing in Alpha
(though as little as possible), and we are working on ways to make addresses
stable. We will make the following changes on Monday, July 9, if we don't
hear any objections.
The types currently in /common that will be moved to /shared are:
award
award_winning_work
award-winner
award_presenting_organization
award_nominee
award_nominated_work
award_nomination
award_honor
citation
collection
legal_entity
phone_number
review
weekday
The types that will remain in /common are:
topic
document
image
attribution_info
licensed_object
license
webpage
Additionally, /common/interpersonal_relationship will be deleted entirely.
