[Developers] Permission on /type/media_type

the /media_types namespace is a protected namespace because it is core 
to the functioning of freebase itself, and removal of a type in 
/media_types could disabled parts of the site.

We can add new media types there on request though. Do you want to send 
me a list of types, and I can add them?
