[Developers] Moving types to a different domain

In my case I have quite a few types in my default domain that I would
like to move to a new domain. Having a tool to move all of those types
en masse would
be helpful, but I'm not opposed to opening up the schema page and
manually editing each type to have a relationship with the new domain.

Another thing I would need to do, I created a domain, and then later
needed to change it. The topic name of the type is now updated, but the
type keys still show the old name. I would like to be able to simply
re-name the key, but as a work around I could just create a new domain
and move them all and delete the old domain.

If you need numbers: I have 17 types I need to move into a new, not yet
created domain; 5 to move into an already created domain; and 2 more
that should probably go into another domain.
