[Developers] Monday sandbox update

[Tim Kientzle]

Due to operator error, sandbox.freebase.com was actually updated
with a dump of www.freebase.com data from August 17.

As a result, all later data (including accounts created after
that date) does not appear on sandbox.

I apologize for any inconvenience.  If you'd like to experiment on
sandbox and your account did not get copied, let me know and
I'll help you create a new, temporary account on sandbox.

I've corrected the underlying cause and am confident that this
mistake will not occur next week.
