I called it "Metaweb".  There was a problem with the upload though so
I just re-did it now.  Should be on its way to the mirrors.

It's a deal!

My next step (apart from fixing known bugs/deficiencies in my
admittedly patchy implementation) will be to build some convenience
tools/scripts to deploy with the CPAN app.
