[Developers] Blog properties and ping idea

That was what I have imagined also, the first step being manual by one
human in order to minimize spam/noise and avoid potential licensing
conflicts. Once it is there, the ping bot helps in keeping the dynamic
attributes up to date (number of entries and date of the last entry
for example) and ideally wound also create new objects with
title,permalink,tags for every new entry of the opt-in blogs...
