[Developers] Blog properties and ping idea

I think adding new attributes to the existing (/internet/blog) type
would be the best way to go for now, I remember asking for a Language
property and danm (the current admin of the type) was very responsive
and quick in adopting the feedback and improving the basic set.

But still a different type for individual blog posts is necessary and
is where Liz suggestion for automatic population (through a ping
service) can be really interesting :)
