For the mass image import going on on sandbox, soon on the
main site, I have been using /common/licensed_object
properties on the image object.  This includes an 
explicit statement of license.  Provenance is much harder
to model since oftentimes you dont know the origin.

We need to revise the image template to display these items 
and allow them to be added after a manual image upload.
Ill file a bug for this and for finalizing the schema
for image and how it relates to topic and document.
