It's because the Structure schema now includes Project Focus as an included type. The gardening bot has just gone and done its job by adding the project focus type to existing structures.

With regards to the Avondale house of 1796 - Although we probably don't have any info on the project for this particular house at the moment, due to the fact that the building exists we can infer that there was a construction project at some point (aliens building the pyramids theories aside), and so the house must have been the focus of a project at some time. So it's not logically incorrect.

gardening_bot. In looking at the bots history, it looks like it
tagged 40K of these things. This new type has got no description, so
I can't even tell if there's a plausible reason for this, but it seems
unlikely that anyone's going to be providing much project information
on a 1796 house building project, but before I created a bug report on
this bot gone wild, I figured I check and see if there's a valid
modeling reason for it.
