This is an experimental feature that was just pushed out, and which I  
still need to blog about.

In short: if you are a) logged in, b) land on an untyped topic, and c)  
we have a guess in RABJ about a type that might be applied, we will  
ask you to vote.  This is the same underlying engine as the Typewriter  
tool.
