Of Course, but is the english display name for /en/water different
than the wordnet noun topic "water" meaning H2O?

Those strings already are linked to /en/water as display names.  It's
just that you can't attach the Wordnet metadata to those strings.
That's what I was saying: You'd have two separate strings "water" that
are English names for essentially the same topic.  At best you've got
wasteful duplication.  At worst, they differ and you've got a
reconciliation mess that requires manual cleanup.
