[Data-modeling] Wikipedia disambiguation pages

This is not a pure data modeling topic, but hopefully it's close enough.
Is there information value in keeping topics derived from Wikipedia
disambiguation pages in the database?
>From my point of view, they seem to be more trouble than their worth
since they provide the opportunity for users to pick the
disambiguation page itself instead of the correct topic. Although
they might theoretically have some value in being able to trace things
back to WP, I've never seen this be useful in practice.
Can we just get all the disambiguation page topics deleted in a mass purge?
