I know you have good intentions, but the whole "community
participation" thing is more valuable as a Web 2.0 buzzword for VCs
than as a schema development mechanism.

I went back and checked the domain's discussions and the discrepancy
that I mentioned was already pointed out in August 2008.  The staff
member who owns administrates the domain replied in October 2008
saying they'd get to it "soon."

Abandoned domains are endemic and discussion threads rarely result in
replies, let alone schema changes.
