[Data-modeling] Local Names for languages

I'm in the process of modeling some of the Rosetta language data for
inclusion in Freebase.  One of the properties I have is "local name",
which is really a tuple of:

- A language
- A country
- A literal (probably in that language)

This is really just a /common/topic/alias with a locale.

I was planning to model this as a CVT (there are only about 10K
instances), but if there are any ideas of something better, I'm all
ears.
