[Data-modeling] how much work done on modeling of personal names -- even for surname + given name?

I have a text value for postnomials used by a holder of a Chivalric Title
e.g. Andrew Fraser KCSI.KCSI denoting Knight Commander of the Order of the
Star of India<http://chivalry.freebase.com/view/en/knight_commander_of_the_order_of_the_star_of_india>
.
The schema is at
