[Data-modeling] Project, projects everywhere

It's because the Structure schema now includes Project Focus as an included
type. The gardening bot has just gone and done its job by adding the
project focus type to existing structures.
With regards to the Avondale house of 1796 - Although we probably don't have
any info on the project for this particular house at the moment, due to the
fact that the building exists we can infer that there was a construction
project at some point (aliens building the pyramids theories aside), and so
the house must have been the focus of a project at some time. So it's not
logically incorrect.
