[Data-modeling] how much work done on modeling of personal names -- even for surname + given name?

I second the motion for family name but would also like to see "Given name"
added. I'd also like to see postnomial, and nickname. These four seem simple
enough. Title would be nice too but could be inferred through other
properties.
