[Data-modeling] electricity in the commons

You know, I'm not really trying to model anything! Or rather, I'm
*trying* to model locomotives, and have no particular interest in
electricity per se. I just want a type for AC/DC (not the band!), and
it seemed like it should go *somewhere* in the commons. Sounds like
you know much more about this than I do :)
